Vehicle Description Resto- mod 1951 Ford F1 pickup.
Vehicle acquired by current owner in 2018 and advised by builder that it was a frame off restoration.
Truck is powered by Chev 350 V8 with new Holley 4 barrel carb, 3 speed SBC transmission, power brakes with booster, power steering, new radiator, new Dolphin gauges, Flowmaster dual exhaust, Alpine USB radio, Chev S-10 frame.
The paint is two tone matte black with a high gloss red on fenders for a great presentation.
There is a Air-Lift wireless air compression system on the rear to allow lifting of rear to raise the low ride suspension.
The Flowmaster exhaust system gives a nice low rumble sound to the V8 engine.
The headliner is very unique with old wanted posters that people absolutely love.
The bed of the truck is wood with an antique cooler, which houses the battery, as the engine compartment has been kept very clean of wires and other electrical items so the engine is the jewel of the engine compartment.
Finishing off the presentation, the truck is low with antique style wide white wall tires.
It draws people who ask permission to take pictures, even being pulled over by the police once so they could take a picture! I'm moving to a new home without sufficient garage space so it needs a new loving home.
It won't last so be quick!!.
