Responsibilities:
Our candidate will operate our Wild Goose canning line, maintaining correct fill levels on cans and keep dissolved oxygen within parameters.
Keep detailed records of fill weights, can DO, can seam measurements.
Manage can dunnage, manage can and package inventory, drive to our storage warehouse to collect necessary can pallets and packaging, organize canning warehouse, manage the pack out team.
CIP canning line and canning bright tanks.
Prior experience running a Wild Goose canning line and using DO meters are a must.
Qualification Requirements 18 years or older Working Conditions Lift 55 lbs.
