As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our store, engaging with customers, handling inquiries, and providing top-notch service.
Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services, all while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and ascertain the purpose of their visit Provide information about products and services offered by the UPS Store Assist customers with packing, shipping, and tracking their packages Operate printing and copying equipment to fulfill customer orders Manage mailbox services, including sorting and distributing mail Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a professional appearance of the store Cross Collaborate and work with Hardware store main anchor store.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with shipping procedures and equipment is a plus Proficiency in using computer systems and basic software What We Offer:
