The skilled carpenter will be responsible to renovate and build structures at job sites for residential construction.
You will be responsible for all work related to carpentry (from demolition, framing, cabinet installed to detailed finish/trim work and everything in between).
Qualifications:
Must have excellent math skills, manual dexterity and the ability to use the tools of the carpentry trade.
This may include everything from drills, saws, compressed-air powered tools/guns and general carpentry hand tools such as hammers, measuring tape, levels and screwdrivers.
Must be able to take and follow precise orders from your Project Manager and Site Foreman.
This requires the ability to listen very carefully and communicate effectively if there are any issues caused by a language barrier or lack of experience.
Must have the physical ability to constantly lift/carry tools, equipment and materials up to 80 pounds.
Must have the physical ability to frequently climb/balance on stairs, ladders and scaffolding, while performing installations or repairs at heights up to 30 feet.
Must have a Reliable Vehicle to travel to shop or jobsite.
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience to be considered for position.
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Must have a Smartphone (iPhone, Android or Microsoft) for our time card system.

General Laborer:
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-3 years experience in residential construction and clean criminal record.
Must be a team player, be able to follow direction and adhere to company policy.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Must have a Smartphone (iPhone, Android or Microsoft) for our time card system.
